Boston’s Awakened community has enjoyed a relative amount of cold peace between on another. This is in no small part due to an ancient agreement made by its two most powerful thearch cabals. No one really understand the reprecussions of breaking this pact, but past evidence has instilled just enough fear to keep both from testing its limits.
